嘉庚-微柏工业机器人创新实验室是厦门大学嘉庚学院与泉州市微柏工业机器人研究院合作共建的实验室,实验室面积约250平米,设备总价值约200万元。整个实验室采用模块化的思想进行搭建,包括硬件功能模块及相应配套的软件系统。主要设备有微柏6kg机器人、45kg机器人、SCARA机器人、DELTA机器人、AGV智能搬运车、输送线,并配有NI虚拟仪器、数据采集单元、工业摄像头等。

Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College and VIBOT Industrial RobotInnovation  Laboratory is a cooperative laboratory by XiamenUniversity Tan Kah Kee  College and Micropak Industrial Robot(Quanzhou) Co.,LTD. The lab area  is about 250 square meters andthe total value of equipment is about 2  million yuan. Roboticslaboratory set up by adopting the idea of  modularization,including the hardware function module and the  correspondingsoftware system.The main equipment of this laboratory  includesVIBOT 6 kg robot , 45 kg robot , SCARA robot , DELTA robot ,  AGVIntelligent truck, transmission line, and equipped with NI virtual instruments, data acquisition unit, industrial camera, etc.

机器人实验室本着校企互相促进、共同发展的原则,具备以下功能:

提供工业机器人校级科研平台。学校组织工业机器人研究团队,依托本实验室参与企业相关项目的控制软件研发和二次开发工作,可增强科研能力,技术实力和服务社会能力。

丰富学校培养创新型人才的教学资源。工业机器人融合了众多学科知识,信息科学与技术学院和机电工程系中多个专业的学生都可在该实验室进行工程训练、教学实验等。

可开展竞赛合作。校企双方可整合各自资源和业务需求,组建联合机器人竞赛团队,并参与全国性机器人比赛竞赛。通过竞赛,促进学校在培养人才模式上的探索。

Roboticslaboratory based on the principle of mutual promotion and  commondevelopment between college and company. Robotics laboratory has  thefollowing functions:

Provideindustrial robot field school  level scientific researchplatform.Our college organizational industrial  robot team,relying on the lab involved in enterprise control software  researchand development and the secondary development of the related  projectwork.This can strengthen the scientific research ability,  technicalstrength and ability to serve the society.

Richschool  teaching resources of cultivating innovative talents.Industrial robot  is a blend of many disciplineknowledge.Students can be in the lab for  engineering trainingand teaching experiment, etc. The students involved  multipleprofessional students in the school of information science and engineering and the department of mechanical and electrical engineering.

Cancarry out competition to cooperation.College and  company canintegrate their resources and business needs, to form a  jointteam robot competition, competition and participate in the  nationalcontest. Through competition, it can promote the school in the talents training mode exploration.
